Untether from trauma and find internal freedom.

Therapeutic approach

As a therapist, my primary focus is to help individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and heal from anxiety, depression, and emotional wounds. Anxiety and depression are often signals from the body that are simply trying to get your attention. I help clients learn to listen to their body’s wisdom and explore how these symptoms are messages guiding you toward healing.

My therapeutic approach combines somatic therapy, grounding techniques, and mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with the present moment and access deeper layers of insight and awareness. We’ll gently explore your core beliefs, uncover unconscious patterns, and integrate inner child work to heal the parts of you that feel neglected or unseen. I incorporate Compassionate Inquiry, a method developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, to help you identify the unconscious dynamics shaping your life, challenge the stories you’ve been telling yourself, and release old, limiting patterns.

I strive to create a space that is safe and nurturing where we gently peel back the layers of your psyche, allowing you to create a new, empowered narrative of your life. This process is deeply healing and liberating, helping you feel like you're finally coming home to yourself.

My approach to therapy is gentle, collaborative, and exploratory, designed to help you uncover and transform the patterns and blind spots that may be holding you back. Through our work together, I will support you in developing greater self-awareness, fostering self-responsibility, and guiding you on a journey deep into the core of your mind, body, heart, and soul.

We’ll work to connect with your emotions, physical sensations, and your most important values, helping you take aligned action toward creating the life you desire. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self, shedding the layers of emotional protection that no longer serve you, and rediscovering the spark of aliveness that’s always been within you.

It brings me great joy to witness the transformation as my clients reclaim their personal power, find inner peace, and step into a life of purpose, fulfillment, and satisfaction. You were meant for a life full of meaning and wonder, and it would be my honor to guide you on this transformative journey of self-discovery and emotional healing.

Do you want more out of life?

What if you didn’t have to be defined by your trauma? What if you could break free from past pain and finally feel the freedom to move forward in life? What if the belief that something is wrong with you isn’t true at all?

Blair is a skilled therapist specializing in trauma recovery, emotional healing, and self-acceptance. She helps clients transform negative self-talk into a peaceful, calm inner dialogue, shift negative self-perceptions into positive self-empowerment, and cultivate a deep sense of self-worth. While pain is a natural part of life, much of the emotional suffering we experience is unnecessary. Blair’s therapeutic approach helps clients release mental loops that create emotional distress, while expanding their ability to feel, process, and experience the full range of human emotions.

Blair’s expertise lies in guiding individuals to face their pain instead of avoiding it, breaking free from addictions and unhealthy coping mechanisms that often keep us stuck. As clients learn to confront life’s challenges head-on, they develop stronger self-trust, greater emotional resilience, and a renewed capacity to experience joy, happiness, and gratitude—even in the face of adversity.

If you’re ready to heal from trauma, build emotional strength, and embrace the authentic self you came here to be, Blair is here to guide you every step of the way.
